What we did
Embody approached us with the most juicy brand guidelines we’d ever worked with. Tons of sass, millennial slang, GIFs, and emojis encouraged — needless to say, we were jazzed to get our hands on this skincare blog.
Our goal was to produce value-packed skincare tips and lifestyle content that strictly adhered to Embody’s tone guidelines, all wrapped in an infectious “skincare bestie” voice.
First order of business? Find easy win keywords and build a content strategy around them.
We did a complete competitor and keyword analysis and supplied Embody with a comprehensive content list covering topics most relevant and helpful to their target audience of working millennials who don’t have time for a 12-step beauty routine.
From there, we set straight to work on the writing, building on the brand’s flavorful voice and infusing our flair and personality into every sentence.
The result is an intoxicating blog voice that you can’t help but indulge in. We dare you to read a post and not smile.
